
The Leadership Shift: The Positioning of Latino Business Leaders is an experience that sequentially builds bringing the reader on a journey from the early history of the Latino in the U.S. to an in-depth understanding of who the new Latino is. By understanding who the Latino is, what qualifies the Latino for business leadership, what trends the Latino can capitalize on, and how Latinos in the U.S. are better equipped than they recognize. The awareness that there is a rapid increase in the Latino population and that technology has catapulted globalization boosting the need for multilingual and multicultural individuals puts Latinos at the forefront for assuming leadership roles.
